PlayStation Game Size on Twitter reveals that Deathloop will take 28.350 GB of storage space while Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 needs 20.474 GB. The PS4 version of Monster Energy Supercross requires 36.223 GB of space, more than double when compared to the PS5 version which takes only 15.928 GB. Coming to the Ubisoft games, the account shares that Assassin’s Creed Origins and Watch Dogs 2 need 53.393 GB and 33.134 GB respectively. The other games require considerably less space as Rayman Legends needs 8.507 GB, Rabbids Invasion: The Interactive TV Show takes 6.533 GB, and Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game comes in at just 1.093 GB.
The final few games are indie titles, so players will probably not have to delete anything to make room for them. Chicory: A Colorful Tale requires 2.278 GB of storage space, Spiritfarer: Farewell Edition takes 8.371 GB, and Alex Kidd in Miracle World needs 1.809 GB and 460 MB for the PS4 and PS5 versions respectively.
Deathloop is probably the highlight of this month as PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members get to play one of the highest-rated games of 2021. Deathloop was nominated for and won several awards at the end of the year, but it was not without controversy. It was developed by a Microsoft-owned studio, but it was a PlayStation console exclusive for a year. Curiously, Deathloop will also come to Xbox Game Pass tomorrow when it launches on Xbox consoles.
Assassin’s Creed Origins is the biggest title on this list in terms of space required, but it’s still smaller than the size of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Fans should note that Ubisoft recently updated Assassin’s Creed Origins to support 60 FPS gameplay on PS5, so gamers can take advantage of the higher frame rate should they decide to play it.
