There is just no competeing with Crackdown 2 for the “big title of the week” award. The first Crackdown was a minor classic, and there is a lot of anticipation for the sequel. Does it live up to the hype? Read Game Rant’s Crackdown 2 review to find out.
Playing the role of “cool downloadable title” this week is LucasArts’ Monkey Island 2 Special Edition: LeChuck’s Revenge. Beautifully re-drawn, but with its classic gameplay intact, this adventure game is certainly worth a look.
Finally, in the “they made a game out of that?” department, we have Despicable Me, based on the upcoming CGI feature starring Steve Carell. There is even a version of the game coming to the PS2 (though not to the PS3 or the Xbox 360). Go figure.
As always, we want to hear from you. Are you picking up any games this week? What games on the horizon are you looking forward to?
