The Nintendo Switch Lite currently has grey, yellow, and turquoise available for purchase everywhere. For the new coral edition, players will have to wait until March 7th for preorder. In the official release announcement, Nintendo prices the coral edition at 19,980 yen, or about $181. Although the coral edition is exclusive to Japan for now, it is possible that it will be available worldwide in the future. Hopefully, there will be enough supply of the coral edition, as many Switch consoles have had production and shipping issues due to the Coronavirus....

The confidential UN report shows that several unnamed nations agree that North Korea has “probably developed miniaturized nuclear devices to fit into the warheads of its ballistic missiles.” The interim report was submitted to the 15-member UN Security Council North Korea sanctions committee Monday, Reuters said, and also noted that Pyongyang is still violating international sanctions and engaging in lucrative cyberattacks to secure much-needed funds. “The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is continuing its nuclear program, including the production of highly enriched uranium and construction of an experimental light water reactor,” the report said....

Pokemon Legends: Arceus, which was announced in Febuary this year, has been getting steady info dumps throughout the year leading to its release. The game is a brand new entry in the series, showing what the Sinnoh region was like in the distant past, and featuring what looks like an expansion of the “Wild Areas” from Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. The release of Pokemon Legends: Arceus has been supported by the release of Generation 4 remakes Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl, which re-introudced the Sinnoh region....

The Pokemon Company also announced details on how it plans to release a variant of Zarude on the Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield video games to celebrate its appearance in Secrets of the Jungle. Players who sign up for Pokemon Trainer Club email notifications by November 20, 2020, will receive an email with their distribution code for Zarude on December 11. Rainbow Six Siege is a tactical shooter released by Ubisoft in 2015. In the game, two teams with five players each face off to detonate or defuse the bomb or eliminate the opposing team first. NieR Replicant was released last year, and is a prequel to NieR: Automata. The game puts players in the role of a gentle boy who does everything to save his sister Yonah from danger. A poll released by the Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC) on Wednesday night shows the governor with a 19-point advantage. Asked how they would vote if the special election were held today, 58 percent of likely voters said “no” to recalling or removing Newsom, while 39 percent said they would vote “yes.” Of the 1,706 Californians surveyed between August 20 and 29, seven in 10 said the recall election is very important to them, while 47 percent said they were more enthusiastic about voting on September 14 than usual....

Necromunda: Hired Gun has not been officially announced today, but leaked instead by the Microsoft store. The store page reveals the game’s potential cover art, showing a cyborg-like hunter with a cyber-mastiff at his side. The game is described as a “fast-paced” and “violent” indie first-person shooter that will take place in the infamous Warhammer 40K hive cities of Necromunda. Necromunda: Hired Gun will be the second video game primarily set in the cities of Necromunda, with the first being 2020’s Necromunda: Underhive Wars....

Announced back in July 2021, MADiSON is a first-person psychological horror game that drops in just a week, releasing on July 8, 2022. Though the developer, Bloodious Games, has tried to keep the curtain pulled over most of the game’s stories and mechanics, a few gameplay trailers have been released, each one creepier than the last. Locked in a dark room, the player must solve puzzles to progress and must hold off the ancient demons that are attempting to possess them, all the while only armed with an instant camera....

Hirotsu Bio Science claims that their clinical trials found the test effective in 85 percent of cases using just a single drop of urine. Doctors in Japan could begin using the system as early as January 2020, with each test costing approximately $90. The company did not immediately respond to an email from Newsweek asking whether the firm planned to make the test available outside of Japan. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not evaluated the test....
