The latest suit, filed Monday in a Fort Lauderdale, Fla., court, lists 38 former players and demands the NFL recognize that “living CTE has now become clinically diagnosable.” All 32 NFL teams are listed as defendants. The group of players says medical advances have led to doctors being able to diagnose CTE while people are still alive, similar to how ALS is diagnosed.
